• With third-party advertising and analytics providers (such as Google AdMob, Supabase, Meta Audience Network, etc.) solely for performance tracking and personalized ad delivery

All data transfers are carried out with the necessary security measures under KVKK and GDPR.

5. Data Retention Period

Your data is retained as long as your account remains active.

When you delete your account, all your personal data (including backup systems) is permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

6. Security Measures

Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of your personal data:

• Passwords are stored using hash algorithms and cannot be accessed in plain text
• All data transmissions are encrypted via SSL/TLS protocol
• Access is restricted only to authorized personnel

All these rights can be exercised via the in-app "Account Settings" menu or by email.

Annex 1 — Turkey Users (KVKK)

Users who reject data sharing cannot continue to use the app.

MoodDrake complies with all other national privacy laws (Canada: PIPEDA, Brazil: LGPD, Japan: APPI, South Korea: PIPA, Australia: Privacy Act, India: DPDP Act).
